Potential for unpaid school and city taxes.

Rights held by the United States for redemption within 120 days post-sale due to federal liens.

How to Participate

To bid on a property, pre-bid registration opens at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the auction. The auction will be held in numerical order of the properties listed. Review all terms carefully as all sales are final.
