Richland County Tax Sale Information

The Richland County Sheriff’s Office will host its upcoming Tax Foreclosure Sale on Friday, December 6, 2024, at the Richland County Sheriff’s Office Training Room, located at 597 Park Avenue East, Mansfield, OH 44905. Registration begins on-site prior to the sale, with the auction starting promptly at 10:00 a.m.

If properties remain unsold or receive insufficient bids, the auction team may offer them again under the same terms and conditions at a subsequent auction on Friday, December 20, 2024, at the same location and time.

Attend the Auction: Arrive early on the auction day to register and review any updates regarding withdrawn properties.

Prepare Payment: Ensure you bring the full payment amount in cash or a certified check to complete your purchase immediately after the sale.
