Houston County will host its upcoming Delinquent Property Tax Sale on April 7, 2026, at the State Court Jury Assembly Room, 201 Perry Parkway, Perry, Georgia. Registration must be completed by 10:00 AM on the day of the sale, with the auction starting between 10:30 and 11:00 AM.

Terms of Sale

A completed Bidder Registration Form is required before bidding. You must submit this form by 10:00 AM on the day of the sale—They will not accept late registrations.

All bidders must be 18 years or older.

Cell phones must remain off inside the courthouse per court order.

The property owner or lienholders may request excess funds from tax sales. Submit requests with original documents—do not send emails.

Download the Bidder’s Registration Form (PDF), fill out the required details, and submit it with a color copy of your driver’s license. The registration remains valid for the year unless changes become necessary.

Ensure your registration is complete by 10:00 AM on March 4, 2025, to participate in the auction.
