Jefferson County (Bessemer), Alabama will host its annual Tax Lien Auction on May 5, 2025, at online via GovEase. Registration will be open from March 24, 2025, to May 9, 2025, with prebidding starting on May 4, 2025, and the auction beginning at 8:30 AM CDT.

Terms of Sale:

Deposit: A refundable deposit of 10% of the amount you want to be approved to spend is required.

Refunds: They will process refunds within 7-10 business days after the sale’s completion. The redemptioner will accrue interest between the date of purchase and redemption.

First Right Claims: Complete before April 28, 2025, at 4:00 PM Central.
