White County will host its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on September 11, 2025, at the Downtown Church of Christ Auditorium, located at 900 N Main Street, Searcy, AR. Registration will take place at the sale location, and the auction will begin at 10:00 AM Central Time.

Terms of Sale:

Submit full payment immediately following the auction

Accepted forms of payment include:

  • Personal or business check

  • Credit or debit card (4% non-refundable processing fee applies)

  • Cashier’s check or money order

The Commissioner does not accept cash

The minimum bid equals the amount of delinquent taxes, penalties, interest, fees, and sale costs

Winning bidders will receive a Purchaser Summary at the auction

The Limited Warranty Deed will be recorded and then mailed to the buyer

How to Participate:

Register 30 minutes before the auction at the sale location

Provide a valid photo ID and driver’s license at registration

Review parcels and auction details beforehand at www.cosl.org

Perform due diligence by researching parcel details, liens, and access

Redeemable parcels must be redeemed by 4:00 PM CT the business day before the auction
