Hidalgo County will hold an online Tax Foreclosure Property Sale on First Tuesday of the month, through www.auctionhousellc.com. Registration is required on the auction website prior to the sale, with bidding beginning promptly at 10:00 a.m.

Terms of Sale:

Sale Format: This sale is conducted online and overseen by the Sheriff or Constable of Hidalgo County. They offer properties “as is” and “where is” without any warranties or guarantees. Successful bidders receive a Sheriff or Constable’s deed, which carries no warranty on title or property condition.

Buyer Responsibility: Bidders should actively conduct their own research on the title and condition of the property, including checking for any potential encroachments, liens, or municipal assessments. The sale is conducted under Texas Property Tax Code regulations, and the sale is final, with no recourse for refunds or adjustments.

Bidder Registration Requirement: As per Texas Property Tax Code Section 34.011, bidders must be registered with the Hidalgo County Tax-Assessor Collector’s Office.
