The sale will be held on the official Orange County Sheriff Sale Auction website. Registration must be completed online, with auctions beginning at 10:00 a.m. CT and ending by 4:00 p.m. CT.

Terms of Sale:

Orange County offers tax foreclosure properties to the highest bidder through online auctions.

You must submit a 5% deposit of your anticipated maximum bid by ACH or wire transfer.

Full payment is due within 24 hours after the close of the sale via wire transfer or certified funds delivered to the Orange County Tax Office.

The Sheriff’s Deed conveys title without warranty, and the properties may be redeemed and remain subject to post-judgment taxes.
