Victoria County will host its annual tax foreclosure sale on First Tuesday of the month, through an online auction at victoria.texas.sheriffsaleauctions.com. Registration is required at least five business days before the auction, and bidding will begin promptly at 10:00 AM.

Terms of Sale:

The minimum bid, determined by the judgment amount plus any additional taxes accrued, starts the bidding.

The sale is final, with no warranties or guarantees regarding the property’s title. All properties are sold “as-is.”

You must pay for the winning bid within 24 hours via wire transfer only.

You must submit a 5% deposit of the anticipated bid amount prior to the auction.

How to Participate:

Register online at least 5 business days before the auction on Realauction.com.

Submit a deposit of 5% via ACH or wire transfer to qualify for bidding.

After the auction, pay the remainder of the bid within 24 hours.
