Payment Methods: Only ACH or wire transfers are accepted for deposits. Cash and international funds are not permitted.

Deadline for Deposits:

• ACH Deposits: Initiate by 4 PM ET, five business days before the auction.
• Wire Deposits: Must arrive by 5 PM ET, two business days before the auction.

How to Participate:

Register: Create an account on the RealAuction platform and complete the Purchaser Information Form.

Bidding Process: Approved bidders may submit bids online. Bidders must place their bids in whole-dollar increments. They can bid in real-time or submit proxy bids up to seven days before the sale.
