Terms of Sale:

All properties are sold as-is and where-is.

Buyers are required to pay the full purchase amount within 5 business days.

Accepted payment methods include certified check, wire transfer, and credit/debit cards (please note that a 2.75% processing fee applies to card payments).

A 10% buyer’s premium and a $30 deed recording fee will be added to the winning bid.

Buyers are responsible for paying the current year’s summer property taxes.

They will issue quitclaim deeds, but we do not guarantee title insurance..

All sales are final; there are no refunds unless the seller cancels the transaction.
