Amador County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale from March 9, 2026, to March 11, 2026, conducted entirely online at www.bid4assets.com. Pre-registration is required, and the auction starts promptly at 1:00 PM PST on March 9.

Terms of Sale

All properties are sold as-is, and all sales are final.

The County makes no guarantees regarding title, access, zoning, or property conditions.

Successful bidders are responsible for all associated fees, including a documentary transfer tax of $0.55 per $500 of sales price and a $35 administrative fee per parcel purchased.

You can acquire the legal title only by placing a successful bid at the auction.

How to Participate

Registration: Create an account at www.bid4assets.com by March 2, 2026. To participate, you must pay a $2,500 refundable deposit and a $35 non-refundable processing fee.

Bidding Process: Bidding begins at the stated minimum bid with increments of at least $100 until sold.

Payment: Full payment via certified check or wire transfer is due by 1:00 PM PST on March 12, 2026.

Property Inspection: Sellers offer properties on a “buyer beware” basis. Research thoroughly before bidding, including checking zoning, environmental conditions, and title history.
