Henderson County Tax Sale Information

Henderson County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on First Tuesday of the month, at the South Door, Courthouse Square of the Courthouse of Henderson County, in the City of Athens, Texas. Registration takes place on-site with the deputy conducting the sale, and bidders must complete registration prior to the auction start at 10:00 AM.

Register with the deputy before the auction begins.

How to Participate:

Arrive early at the Courthouse on auction day to allow time for registration. Bring your bidder certificate and acceptable form of payment.
