Terms of Sale

The auction is conducted online via the El Paso Sheriff Sale Auctions Website in compliance with Texas Tax Code Sections 34.01 and 34.05. Properties are sold as-is and without warranty. Buyers must conduct thorough research on properties, including liens, encumbrances, and title defects. Payment must be completed within 24 hours of the sale via wire transfer to the El Paso County Auditor’s Office.

How to Participate

Registration: Create an account and register at least five (5) business days before the auction on the official auction website.

Deposit: Submit a deposit equal to 5% of your intended bid amount via wire transfer to the El Paso County Auditor’s Office by 12:00 PM MT on the Thursday before the auction.

Bidding: Place proxy bids or bid live during the auction. Proxy bidding automatically enters the lowest winning bid on your behalf.

Final Payment: Submit the winning bid balance within 24 hours via wire transfer.
