Austin County will host its Delinquent Property Tax Sale on December 2, 2025, at the Official Door of the Courthouse. Registration will occur on-site before the auction begins, with the sale starting promptly at 10:00 AM.

Terms of Sale

The auction will be conducted by the Sheriff or Constable of Austin County.

Properties are sold “as is” and “where-is” with no warranty.

You may still owe taxes beyond the listed minimum bid amounts, and you must pay them independently.
