Terms of Sale:

Participants must fund their escrow account with 5% of their intended bid using ACH or wire transfer to bid.

Bidding follows a proxy system, where the system bids up to your maximum in $100 increments.

If there’s a tie before the auction opens, the system will accept the first bid placed. Auction participation does not require in-person attendance. The County may remove properties without notice, and each sale lists the foreclosure file number.
