Shasta County will host its annual Delinquent Property Tax Sale on February 27, 2026, conducted online at Bid4Assets.com/Shasta. Registration is required in advance, and bidding will begin at 5:00 a.m. PST.

Property Condition: The county sells all properties “as is” without guaranteeing zoning, permits, or conditions.

Redemption Rights: Redemption on a parcel ends at 5:00 p.m. PST on February 26, 2026
